Ok so the good first. Room was very nice. Free use of mini-bar (although mainly soft drinks), very nice bathroom, view was good. Lisboa is centrally located, just across Wynn. Walking distance to Senado, Ruins of St Paul, etc. Buses, restaurants, even local groceries are just around the corner. While the staff tried to make us feel good, and the rooms are reasonable, they could not make up for the general impression of a hellish place with non guests roaming the corridors in search of the special services offered by this place. Never again!
