Stayed 2 nights on 15-16 Feb. This hotel is in a quiet area, not near any casino. Room was nice/clean and quiet as we were facing the wall and not the harbour. This hotel was a pleasant stay. The accommodations were clean, the staff did their job well and were very pleasant to interact with. Accommodation was`paid for by a Macau Government Agency. We thought previous review was a bit harsh. Ritz is NOT located near Commercial offices and casinos.
