Service is good, but sadly the rooms and facilities don't match whats on offer elsewhere in Macau. Rooms have worn faded carpet, balcony facade is stained, and bathroom taps leak over benchtops In the lobby ceiling paint is peeling and has water stains. Furniture is faded and battered. “Poor Poor keep away”

Far from City, hotel is sea facing , but the rooms are horrible, not even 2 star hotel, keep away not worth it. They have a free shuttle bus from hotel to city but thats every hour and you need to book, if you are late wait for next one.

“A Dilapidated Property”

The place was poorly maintained. The site is remote. Swimming pool deck is dirty. The water is not clean enough but still fine for swimming. Nice joint for family getaway. Nice hideout for couple wished not to be seen. Transportation is limited. Not advisable if you love the night life of Macau.

“Beautiful setting; little capital spending for upkeep”

We really liked the unique setting of the resort. Unfortunately, the hotel strategy appears to be focused on limited capital spending (ie, paint, maintenance, refurb) but high operating spending on labor/etc. Hopefully this doesn't serve as a leading indicator of a closure/divestiture of the property.
