We stopped over for one night at the Metropark Macau in March 2008. I wasn't expecting much for the price that we got (dirt cheap). We just wanted a decent place to sleep as we were bound for HK the next day. It was actually not bad. A decent 3-star quality overall, perfect for quick stopovers or budget travel. I... more

We had no expectations when booking room at this hotel, but came to find it satisfying. Nothing spectacular, but quite okay. Considering the price for the room it was slightly disappointing, especially since no breakfast was included in the rate. From the airport we grabbed a cab going to our hotel and there is nothing to say about its location... more

Booked the Hotel via Asiatravel.com, its the first time I tried internet booking and first time to travel to Macau. Me and my wife decided to book in a hotel with no casino so we can have some quiet time after going around Macau. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, check-in time was a breeze. The rooms were in... more

Stayed at this hotel 4D/3N to attend a conference. More of a 3 star establishment. Only advantage is that the hotel was centrally located. A short walking distance to almost everything basic. But everything else is just that. Beds are not comfortable. Bath amenities inadequate. Buffet breakfast tastes really bad. Several staff seem unprofessional in their approach. With the rise... more

Due to the rugby sevens in Hong Kong, we found ourselves without a hotel for one night of our stay there, and took the opportunity to visit Macau. We got a map from the ferry terminal and set off hunting for a hotel. This was the first place we tried, and as it's set back quite a way from the... more

Macau was one of the destinations on our honeymoon - interesting but a few days is enough. If you are not completely broke then don't stay here. Every other hotel seemed much better than ours! The constant torrential rain in Macau probably didn't help, but it was like living in the film "Blade Runner" where it is never daylight... The... more

The hotel has a great central location and staff is generally helpful and friendly. It offers quite good value for money if comfort is not on your list of priority. The hotel is old, and there were visible cracks/chips in the bathroom. Also, the bed was so hard and pillows were so flat! Overall, I would stay at this hotel... more

We stayed in Metropark for three nights in a standard twin room. The hotel was ranked as a four star hotel but in my opinion, it is more like a three star hotel in terms of facilities. The hotel has no conceirge welcoming the guests at the main hotel entrance. We had to push open the main door ourselves while... more

I recently stayed here for two nights and was not impressed. I paid a discounted rate and would probably rate it even lower if I had paid full price. As far as problems go... The hotel is located on a fairly sketchy street so walking there in the evening was not exactly one of my favorite experiences. The hotel has... more

We stayed here for a night in our 2 nights trip to Macau. There is a free shuttle to and fro the Macau ferry terminal which is good. There was a long queue at reception and the staff were not well versed with English. We stayed in a double deluxe, the facilities were good. however there were water interruption from... more
