Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The place was spotless and well maintained. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and plenty of it with a quick service. We have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful, hospitable B & B to others! It is less than half oa mile to the quiet beach, even on a BH weekend! Rustington is a lovely little but well equipped village with lots of stores and banks!

Would definitely recommend this delightful guest house. Stayed here recently for a holiday. Located close to the village centre with ample shop's, walking distance to Rustington beach, buses to Littlehampton and Brighton. Fantastic couple who own and run the guest house who couldn't do enough for their guests. Breakfast was an excellent selection with all that you can eat. The room was spotless, plenty of facilities including a small fridge which prooved to be a huge asset to us. The usual tea and coffee was provided with the added bonus of biscuits and a mint chocolate!! Definitely value for money and will definitely be returning for this gem of a guest house again.

We'd tried several times to book at the Kenmore &, eventually, managed to reserve a room for 6 & 7 August. Pauline & Andy's hospitality & attention to detail are first class. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, comfortable & quiet with excellent breakfasts! The location is perfect too, being so close to restaurants, the beach and shops. Altogether, a really lovely experience.

We choose this because of the reviews and were not disappointed. we concur with all the lovely things written about this guest house. If you are staying for a short beak leave the car at the guest house and use the buses, particularly if you have a bus pass. You can travel all along the coast on bus route which is every 10 minutes. Also took the bus to Arundel which is worth a visit. Actually could not see it all in one day. The only minor thing I would say about our room is that the shower was a little awkward as I tripped over the bar across it getting out. I know why it was in place but nevertheless a bit of a hazard. Overall a lovely short break in an excellent place with very nice owners.

Superb guest house, quiet location but convenient for shops, buses and beach. Exceptionally clean and spotless everywhere so refreshing is the attention to detail of fixtures and fittings, nothing cheap and nasty or "wonky". Really comfy bed and pillows Breakfasts absolutely wonderful and best quality, cereals, yogurts, decent fruit, sauces, jams etc. Would definitely recommend and hosts are very welcoming. Will be back !

We were staying at the Kenmore overnight due to a business meeting. Though we were late for check in, the owner was very patient and accommodating. The facilities were clean, spacious and of an excellent quality. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Nothing was too much. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back next time we are at head office. Thank you
