What a lovely hotel! Billy and Kostas were absolutely lovely and couldn’t be more attentitive and it was nice to see them handing the reins down to their kids, George is going to be a great manager of the hotel! Rooms were lovely and clean and the bar was great. Pool bar served lovely food throughout the day and it’s a 10 minute walking distance to the beach and the old town for great food and drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there!

‘Small and friendly ‘ adults only friendly family run hotel in a good fairly quiet location but with restaurants , bars, etc within easy reach as well as the beach the harbour and the old town. An ideal base. It’s a TUI guests only hotel as far as we could tell . Mainly Brits with probably 20% Dutch. Many returning clients. We had a basic / standard room which was ok and better than expected after reading some TA reviews. Would have preferred a pool view rather than a garden as we like a sunny late afternoon balcony . Pool was ok , lunchtime snacks / meals and drinks good and reasonably priced . Don’t need to reserve the comfy sun beds , but need to bring own pool towels . One point about walking around Kos Town is it would be difficult for anyone in a wheelchair , not so good on their feet etc and even for buggies as there are trees planted in the narrow pavements, many with low hanging branches etc , and busy cycle paths adjacent on many of the more main roads. So you end up largely walking in the roads . Only negative on the hotel was the fairly loud music that was being played at times at the pool , so we ( and others) ended up trying to avoid being near to the one speaker which wasn’t that easy. Not really relaxing listening to Thriller, YMCA etc ! They did turn it down after other guests asked them to but still too loud for me. For a few days we stayed at the beach …… Would return but in a pool view room.

Just had a week here at this lovely friendly family run hotel. We had an upgraded room so can only comment on that but really spacious with lots of storage & nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area is great & has about 70 Sun loungers so there would never been an issue getting a lounger whatever time you went. Breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate eggs/cereal/toast/yoghurt/jam etc. Also do food at lunchtime around the pool, shared a lovely moussaka & Greek salad, good prices. Great location with a 10 min walk to the beach & town. Loads of restaurants close by without even making it into the town which are great. Would definitely return.

This family run hotel is brilliant. Lovely people who work so hard to give you a lovely holiday. Great location. Just a short walk from all the restaurants. And the beach . We stayed in the new apartments which are lovely. Really good size swimming pool . Loads of sunbeds so no need to get up early. Will definitely be going back .

Just returned after a wonderful week at this hotel. This hotel is situated approximately 15 minute walk from the town centre which has an abundance of places to eat, shop or just enjoy a bottle of wine and watch the world go by. Kos town is a wonderful place to visit with lots to do for everyone. The hotel itself is run by a family who were extremely friendly and a joy to be with. There were plenty of sun beds available which were comfortable and a lovely poolside bar for drinks and snacks. Breakfast is basic which suited us and the rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel is situated in a quiet area so was great to have a peaceful drink in the evening before heading off to the town for something to eat. I can strongly recommend this hotel and have already booked for next year and on the plus side NO KIDS.

We have just visited the Bahamas hotel for the second time with friends. We had a great time . The hotel is in a perfect location , is family run and they are all very helpful and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is an unforgettable holiday. There are two standards of rooms and the upgrade to the superior rooms is well worth considering, pure luxury and large balcony overlooking the pool , Billy , Costas and their families work in all areas of the hotel and welcome you to the bar in the evenings for drinks before you go out for your evening meal and drinks in Kos town . We would like to especially thank the cleaners for ensuring our room was always in immaculate order. We can’t wait to return again and it seems to be that type of hotel where visitors from the UK are very familiar with the owners and their families. THANKS AGAIN FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY

Nice hotel. Very clean. Friendly personal. Room is very good, with everything you need. Simple breakfast, every day the same, but what do we need more than bread, eggs, coffee/tea/juice. It's more than enough to start the day with. Kos city within 10 minutes, beach also. Nearby you can rent bikes, quads, cars etc. It's the place to be. I had a very good stay and holiday
