Before we even arrived for our one night's stay at Barn Cottage, Adrienne & Jack had made lots of contact to make sure we knew how to find the house - which was very easy. A delightful room with a lovely view in an area full of interesting stately homes and gardens.The hosts do their utmost to pamper guests in a quiet, unobtrusive yet such a friendly way; we spent a very comfortable night which ended in the best full English breakfast we have EVER eaten! more

This is a quality B&B. Nothing is too much trouble for our hosts, Adrienne & Jack. The breakfasts are superb and we also had a packed lunch that lasted us all day. We will have to go back. more

We only stayed one night but were overwhelmed by the welcome and service from Jack and Adrienne. There is nothing they have not thought of; the rooms are clean, comfortable and have lots of extras, the food is wonderful but beware - the portions are wonderfully generous!
