We stayed at "Prastgården i Tøreboda during our trip on the Gøta Canal ( the accomodation was a part of the package). The room was large, simple and clean.To single beds, colour TV, table and chairs, and a closet. We had to share a bathroom with some other guests, but that was OK. The pension Prastgården is in walking distance from the railwaystation and the canal.A nice restaurant where we had our breakfast buffet. Very good.
