Had the misfortune of staying here on 18th June. The room had mould on the bathroom sink, power point held together by gaffer tape, chair wobbled when sat on and nearly fell to bits, room stank of stale air and décor old and dated. Manager's attitude was rude, pig headed and far from professional. We arrived at night, light at unit door did not turn lights on, stumbled around in the dark looking for another light switch, accidentally broke an overhanging light shade which came crashing down at the slightest bump. The light was not properly fastened in place ie the 3 globes were sitting loose in their respective bases leaning up against the sides of the glass lamp shades which came crashing down at the slightest bump. So-called manager's response was that there is an isolation switch at the bed which turns everything on…like we are supposed to read their minds when checking in as NOTHING was explained to us and even stumbling around in the dark to find this in an unfamiliar room would... more
