This place isn't being advertised as a 5 star crazy resort - and it isn't one. But it certainly is a place with a beautiful setting and a "no worries" feel about it. Arrived today. Receptionist was miserable and fake. Bathroom light did not work. Hot water did not work. When I called reception they offered no apology. Waiter was also miserable and unfriendly.
