I was here as part of an organized tour, so I can't comment on the price, but overall I was not impressed. You heard little screams traveling down the hallway as people went to sit on the bed for the first time, because from where your butt made contact, the bed kept sinking down another 2 feet and it felt... more
The hotel is in a little village about 40 minutes drive east of Florence, with green wooded hills all around. The location is very quiet. Unless you have your own transport you are stuck there with nothing to do in the evenings. Breakfasts were continental, and minimal. more
