My friend and me stayed last month at the new Vila Maroc resort in Pranburi and loved it!
It is open just a few months and looks fantastic. As the name says it is a Moroccan themed resort with only 15 villas.
We had a "Pool Court" room what was a nicely decorated room with jacuzzi, I pod, dvd player, free mini bar and sea view.
The resort is direct at the beach and the overall experience was very good.
There is one restaurant where you can eat Moroccan, Thai or international food. It is not cheap but the food is very yummy. We had the first time in life a Moroccan meal (Cous Cous) and loved it.
The Hammam (steam bath) spa is absolutely relaxing and worth the price.
