on arrival to the hotel at 1am in the morning we were greeted by a some whot grumpy hotel receptionist (man) who showed us our room we were not allowed to let the luggage touch the floor due to people sleeping so had to carry very heavy suitcases around the hotel and up two flights of stairs.... rooms were basic... more
