We had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that left much to be desired. The overall experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted the enjoyment of our holiday. Upon our early morning arrival, we were informed that check-in wouldn't be possible until 2 pm. This was highly inconvenient and seemed unacceptable, especially considering that both the hotel and Love Holiday were aware of our arrival time. It reflects poor planning and a lack of consideration for guests, leaving us stranded without a room for several hours. The condition of the room was another major disappointment. It was disgusting and dirty creating an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. Adding to the woes, the quality of the food did not meet even basic standards. The unsatisfactory dining options forced us to explore alternatives outside the hotel for our meals throughout the entire holiday. While the maids were a silver lining with their friendliness and diligence, the attitude of other hotel staff members was a notable downside. One positive aspect was the hotel's location, which was described as perfect. The presence of amazing restaurants in the vicinity with superior service was a redeeming factor. Despite the hotel's shortcomings, the surrounding area contributed positively to our overall experience. In conclusion, the location may have been ideal, but the numerous issues with check-in, room cleanliness, and the quality of food and service overshadowed any positive aspects. Although we enjoyed the local restaurants, we have no plans to return to the same hotel and, importantly, will not be booking through Love Holiday for our future travels. The overall experience fell far short of our expectations and left us with a sense of disappointment and frustration.

This is the 10th time we have stayed over the years & it was superb as ever! Magda Markou & her team could not do enough for us. Jocelyn, Jeanette, Isa, Espoire, Daniel & Martina, were six youngsters from the Congo who looked after my wife & I in the restaurant who were efficient & very polite. To Costas & Nicki in the bar,Savas the chef ,Yvonne & Anna and the team in restaurant .BRILLIANT thank you all !! And, finally, our superstar cleaner Katya, first class treatment yet again.Lastly, to those people who stay, and do nothing but complain, whose cups are half empty and NEVER half full,we would say you're not paying for the Ritz so don't expect it !!!!!! It is a wonderful hotel, stunning location & accessability with a beautiful beach.Jean & I look forward ,again, to next year & seeing you all.Try it everyone, you'll not regret it !! John.

Makis was a great help and a friendly face, was very attentive during our stay. The hotel is situated locally to the strip with lots of entertainment. The hotel had everything we needed for our week stay.

The room and the hotel was really dirty. I found hair on the floor, dirt and dust under the bed, on the skirting boards behind the TV etc. The carpet in the corridor looks like it never gets hoovered, plus it was full of stains. The walls were heavily scuffed and marked. The decor was really run down and dilapidated. This hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. The crome was very badly corroded, there was grouting coming off in places and dirty, paint on places it should not been. A chip on the sink, chip marks on the tiles in the hotel, cigarette butt's on the ground that had been swept up, the list goes on. I complained and they moved me to another room that was marginally better but still not up to standard in terms of cleanliness. I checked out after a couple of days and went home early the resort was tacky and not very nice.

We had a lovely holiday location top the food and drinks were great and Makis the legend. But that’s were it ends, the hotel is unloved. The maids came every day to bring fresh towels and bedding with washed in stains. The curtains didn’t fit the window, the room stank of drains, there were broken sockets tiles bathroom awful and shower water ended up on floor. If you go book with an open mind and if you aren’t in room much go for it. Otherwise stay well clear.

Do not book this hotel on love holiday, we wasted two days, because they booked the hotel and flight stupidly. Me and my brother booked this hotel the way the booking was made for the flight and the arrival at the hotel 5:30am… to then be left waiting for hours at the hotel reception till we was able to check in at 2pm was absolutely ridiculous… we was so tired, we had to pay to eat even, when we had all inclusive … had to wait in the hot sun, with no shower to refreshen up and change clothes… we came from a london that is currently in autumn season. It is stressful enough that getting there, so late in the early hours of the morning. I just wanted to be in bed a sleep. The food was cold, I have an allergy to wheat, the only thing i could consume was the rice that tasted sour and potatoes or chips .. besides the in washed salads & fruit. They need new food heaters to heat up the food or provide microwaves! The maid bleached my brothers clothes cleaning the floor and room, didn’t have the courage to at least tell him, that they clothes dropped, then the reception then had the cheek to say it doesn’t even look bad.! She also said that she didn’t use any bleach .. you could smell the bleach in the room. Luckily it wasn’t our designer clothes. The mould on the walls. Level 3 has a room the cleaners go in and out of … you should see inside the dirty room. No shame.. the door was wide open for all the hotel guests to see the dirty floor with dirty plates, old food on the floor and surfaces. I couldn’t believe my eyes… I even took a video and picture. We shouldn’t have to put a deposit down for towels for the beach .. they should be in each room with the bath towel and changed everyday if needed. What did I pay all inclusive for .. because everything was so bad. Only three of the receptionist was really lovely The bar staff too.

Just got home from our 4th holiday in 2 years! Me, my Boyfriend and his sisters had a great time and our holiday was made even more special by Makis! He is always so welcoming and makes the best cocktails. Our room was clean, tidy and had a great view of the sea and fig tree bay. We will miss Cyprus and cannot wait to come back next year :)

Just returned from a really lovely week. We were on the 4th floor. So I think we got one of the new'ish rooms. The room was tired in places & the bathroom could do with a freshen up, but everything else was fine. Lovely side sea view. It was a bit frustrating to have absolutely no hooks anywhere in the room. So nowhere to hang a bag or damp towel etc. Also there was nowhere on the balcony to air swimwear or towels. Most hotels dont like these items hung out & so visible from the street, but we had no alternative. You can spend a LOT of your holiday waiting for lifts. This hotel badly needs at least twice the number of lifts. The food was better & more varied than we have experienced in several all inclusive hotels. We never struggled to eat. The location of this hotel is hard to beat. We absolutely loved eating breakfast & then strolling onto the beach. Also just off the main strip. So really handy for bars & restaurants. Couple of points to note for future guests: The hotel's currency exchange rate is 1:1. So it's best to take it to a shop on the strip. You have to pay extra for both the safe & wi-fi. Sunbeds on the beach are charged at €2.50 each per day. It is only the ones within the perimeter of the hotel that are free. All in all, a good 3* hotel. We would stay there again.

Pros Excellent location right on the beach and close proximity to the strip with bars and restaurants. We had a front sea view room which was very comfortable and modern with more than enough space and a nice balcony looking out to the sea. The bed was huge and the bathroom looked newly refurbished. As a jet2 customer we had the Wi-Fi/ Fridge and tv for free. Breakfast was typical sausage beans bacon different types of eggs etc and was quite nice they also had lots of fresh fruit and cold meats and cheeses. Pool bar prices are very reasonable and bar staff are friendly and polite. The pool was lovely and clean and a nice cool temperature but not freezing. The Female manager on reception is lovely and could not do enough to help us. Cons The lifts drove me insane, the pool area and restaurant are located on -2 and reception on 0, we were staying on the fourth floor and the lifts were incredibly slow and appeared to small for the size of the hotel. Evening meal is average but if you’re a picky eater like me you will struggle with finding a proper meal to eat (however I much prefer to eat out at different restaurants on the strip anyway). Sunbed race in a morning drove me mad!! The same people on the same sunbeds day in day out and most sunbeds were gone for 8am unless you wanted to sit on a broken/ripped one, on several nights we saw people’s towels on sunbeds at 11:30pm at night and they were not moved. The hotel needs to buy new sunbeds as many had wheels missing or huge tears in the fabric and some were falling apart. The standard of cleaning needs improvement as the carpet in the corridor of the fourth floor were dirty and full of bits and the bedding in our room wasn’t changed as often as it should have been. its a nice hotel with a lovely view , friendly staff in an excellent location but needs improvements.
