Marvellous place in the middle of the Quebradas, like a quiet paradise with a beautiful view overall. The rooms are like in a monastery, with the comfort and the standing of a 4 stars hotel, very quiet and simple. A good restaurant with an smiling service. Swimming pool is just perfect.

After an extremely bumpy drive to Cachi from Salta, we were delighted to arrive at La Merced del Alto. It's beautifully situated a mile or so out of town, overlooking the valley.
