Our Hotel only has 28 Bungalows, located in two concentric semicircles, making it quite easy to find the room, even coming at night.

We have just returned from the Melia Cayo Santa Maria, Feb 3-10 and we will definitely be returning!!!! The resort is beautiful and clean, the food is Great and the staff are absolutely Wonderful!

LIke you said, bus trip is around 90 min., but worth it, considering the beauty of the key.
Besides, guide´s explanations make it interesting and the crossing of the bay is a nice

First off I would like to say that this was my first south holiday at a non sandals/beaches resort.
I was impressed to say the least. The grounds are very well maintained, which make it possible to thoroughly enjoy the resort. There is always someone scrubbing the pool deck, watering the flowers etc.
As for the beach it is amazing...
