This is my second summer of holidaying at Alia Palace. I have to say both times have been absolutely amazing and such memorable, relaxing, fun times. The staff are fantastic - they really cant do enough to help you, nothing is too much trouble. Johanna (the manager), in particular, is so so lovely and even remembered me from last year!... more

For everyone who has read Eleena of London's review please eneure you read this one as well. I arrived at Alia Palace with a friend who had been before, not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly suprised with the staffs warm manner, especially as it was 9.30 in the evening. "Eleena from London" was behind us in the line... more

I travelled with 3 friends. We booked two twin rooms. On arrival we were disingenuously told by Johana Grufman-Moysidis, the Customer Relations Manager, that we had been "upgraded" to a villa. The villa was OK, but had only one bathroom, which was not ideal for four female friends and, more importantly, had 1 double bed, one rickety sofa bed with... more

My partner and I have just returned from a two week holiday at the Alia Palace. The hotel sits on a hillside and overlooks the town of Pefkahori. The views from the hotel are amazing and it is an idyllic setting for a very relaxed and chilled out holiday. The shared areas of the hotel are beautifully maintained and help... more

We stayed at Alia Palace for two weeks at the beginning of August. When we checked into the hotel we were blown away by the views from reception, overlooking Pefkohori and the coastline. The pictures in the travel agents brochure and what we had seen on the Internet do not do the hotel justice! The hotel grounds were very nice... more

My wife and I have just returned from the Alia Palace 'luxury' hotel and villas. I really don't enjoy writing bad reviews but ..........unfortunately it was disappointing overall. The hotel was fine but by no means luxury. The room was cleaned and tidier each day and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The view from the pool over the town... more

We had two weeks at the Alia Palace in July this year, and had a realy enjoyable time. The location is beautiful and the views from the hotel pool are breathtaking, the hotel is very clean and comfortable and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed. The Guest Relations service (i.e. Johanna who is one of the owners of... more

The hotel is set up on a hill and it is the views that initially swept us off our feet. The hotel itself is attractive and in keeping with surrounding architecture. There is a courtesy bus that can transport you up and down the hill but the walk is pleasant. The old part of the town is lovely and the... more

what i mean is that for a 5* hotel and 200euro per night it was a big disappointment. The furniture very old, the cleaning unter average, the mini bar empty, no room service concerning that i have a 2 years old boy which at the time wanted warm milk 2 times a day. Also at the pool the beach beds... more

I have just arrived back from a week at the Alia Palace and i have to say it was the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The pool was large and very well looked after and there was never any trouble finding a sun lounger so there was no need getting up early to put your towels on them... more
