The situation is perfect. Rooms are ok, small kitchenette was nice surprise. The spa is very nice for after ski :) Breakfast buffet was very good also. The hotel staff was very helpful. I'll stay here next time.

This is a perfect hotel both with or without kids. We arrived on a saturday morning, parked outside the hotel and were in the slopes after 10 minutes. The afterski at Fjellgården nearby is tremendous and downtown Åre is just a walk or a short taxi trip away.

Excellens location just minuters from the village center and you just have to walk out the door and your in the skiarea! The food is restaurant the Spa and indoor pool has a great veiw over the village and the lake. Even when the weather is bad your having a good time there! Don't miss the breakfast buffet!!!
