It's an $8 hotel room, so don't expect luxury! Room was big, there was hot water, staff were nice. Good value.

Friendly staff with good english skills. Nice atmosphere. Bad mattresses. Everything else was ok.

Nice guesthouse for a reasonable price, but the animals in cages are a little disappointing. I stayed here twice and found the rooms comfortable though a little dark. It's nothing special but it served my stays in Pakse well. Would stay here again.

The room I got is upfront and large and old. I saw rooms behind at lower building look newer. Staffs are friendly. The room has air-con. Walking distance to banks and restaurants. The bed is quite too soft for me.
