After reading some of the reviews I was concerned that we might get put in an apartment instead of the hotel, so I phoned the hotel direct from England and booked the room myself. We were given a room on the fourth floor – what they called a “penthouse suite” – which proved to be the most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in anywhere. We discovered that the room was only half “built” – there was no mirror at all, no soap, no shampoo, no bedside drawer on one side and no telephone... more

The location is absolutaly awful, along a very large and noisy road, no view, small swimming pool, died palm trees in front of a so called beach. Too expensive compared to what we found on the coast. You pay 4 times a regular price. Forget it more

We stayed there for 5 nights during the Sajam GAST. The property is very up date. Would reccomend to check out the indoor pool and sauna on the roof of the hotel. We did not have any luck with the good weather, but it was just wonderful to enjoy sauna and drink by the pool while whatching other people struggling... more

I was amized by the direct sea view and by the facilities of the hotel. I mean the indoor pool, sauna and coctail bar on top of the hotel are just fantastic. We arrived expecting the beachfront room with the King bed that appears on the website: "All rooms are De Luxe equipped and have direct sea view". Were told we were in the apartments (sobe) facing the noisy main road to town (3 flights of stairs, no elevator, smelly toilet) but for 40 euros we could upgrade..Oh, by the way that... more

I do not recommend booking this hotel! We booked the "Standard" room in this supposedly new and beautiful hotel, but when we got there, we were actually given a room in the Appartments San Antonio behind the hotel! It was not modern at all, and had furniture and decorations from the 70's. We paid a premium for a 2 star... more

We stayed for two nights at the hotel....it was not a bad hotel in terms of the proximity to the beach, the room decor, etc...but the staff was absolutely the worst I've ever seen. After checking into the hotel, they charged us with breaking the radiator in our room (we never even touched it!) and wouldn't give us our passports... more
