Restaurant is mediocre, sign in bathroom indicates don't drink the water. Room is nice and comfortable, food at restaurant is mediocre at best. Orange juice tastes like tang, schnitzel is bland. "Ham" is processed meat. Location is good. I'd give it 5 out of 10.

the rooms are large and the staff work hard to see that you enjoy your stay. The rooms prices are quite reasonable and it's only about 5 minutes to the national park. Only downsides were AC that didn't keep the room quite cool enough and some room furnishings could use replacement. Food at the restaurant was good and prices excellent.

We looked this one up on trip advisor and saw the reviews. We booked online during our croation driving tour. A wonderful surprise. Great service, rooms are clean, airy, bath and shower with lovely lush green grounds. Restaurant is on site and breakfast is offered with room. Very nice stay near the park.

The best way to see Plitvice National Park is to stay in the area overnight and be at the entrance at 8am before the throngs of tour groups arrive. And Hotel Plitvicka serves the purpose perfectly.
