This is a belated review of a little piece of paradise in the beautiful area known as "The Green Spain". This little family hotel lies by the incredibly pristine river Cares, in Asturias, very close to the area known as "Picos de Europa".

La Molinuca is a very small, comfy, family run hotel, that can give you hints about fishing in the nearby river (just across the road from the hotel) , but can give you a good basis from where to visit other beautiful spots and let you enjoy great, unpretentious food.
If you cannot stay, at least, visit the restaurant... and enjoy the cheese platter, full of incredible local cheeses.
