Had a week this year. Excellently sited on the sea front - I think all rooms have sea view. Nice restaurant -decent food. Room very nice with best view we've had from a hotel room. Entertainment was low key. Good value hotel would expect to pay a lot more elswhere. Resort however a big letdown-theres nothing there or anywhere else... more

Just returned from a stay at PortoMagno Hotel in Aguadulce. Wanted to be the first to post a review as we found our stay very good. The hotel is about 25mins by taxi from Almeria airport right on the beach in Aguadulce. Stayed at the Porto Magno over Christmas and New year. If the restaurant was sorted out, it's got potential to be quite classy. Food was pretty bad but plentiful. Restaurant service poor.
