We stayed here for five nights and had a very nice quiet stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and the owners were very visible and ready to clear up any small problems. The quiz night on a Tuesday was great fun and helped the clientele get to know one another. We would return with no hesitation. The food was excellent. more

This was our second visit to this establishment and we have already booked for next year. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and good value. Meals in the restaurant/bar are good value and delicious. The only fault really with this hotel is the cooked breakfasts. They are rather greasy and a bit overpriced. I stayed her with my partner for 2 nights and we were both really pleased with our stay. Location was a bit off putting, but only a short drive and you could be in St Austell or Charlestown. Conveniently located for trips to all parts of Corwall and an excellent friendly value for money hotel. All aspects of the Hotel lived upto and exceeded expectations on the very low price. Had a wedding on the first night we were there and could not hear any noise what so ever. Family friendly and very suitable for single travellers too. more
