We booked this pension online for a one-night stay in July. The room was very basic and small, but clean. No air conditioning in the rooms, but it was fine in the evening.

Although on a map it may look like the pension is close to the Plitvice park, it is still a good 20 minute drive to the 2nd parking area. We were confused at first, as the pension looks close to the boundary of the park, which it may be, but the parking area is a good distance inside the actual park boundary. This wasn't a problem for us, but we were confused as we didn't expect to drive 20 minute before finding the parking area.

We didn't eat at the restaurant on-site. We did try the free breakfast, but it was pretty basic, just one or two cereals with warm milk (no cold milk!) We ate a couple pieces of bread and headed out for the day as there was nothing else to eat.

The owner did store our bags for us for the day so we didn't have to leave them in the car while we visited... more
