“Cold showers and cockroaches”

Our first night we did not have hot water. We also had at least seven cockroaches in our bathroom. We also had no TV service. We also had a broken toilet, where the float valve kept getting stuck. Firstly , your first lie was that you checked out early, you did not ! you only booked in for 3 nights , second lie was that toilet was not flushing, it was ! you just did not hold the flush handle down until the flush was completed ! 3rd lie, water was working perfectly and you were not sensible... i eally enjoyed spending 5 days with my two daughters and mom. The service was excellent and the breakfast was great. There was loads of free things to compliment staying such as sauna and spa, complimetary breakfast, gym, pool etc. the ferry ride across the bay is also cool. My kids enjoyed that very much. Will visit again.
