There is some truth in the previous reviews but at the end, if you are looking for a beautiful, very well kept, good restaurant, western standard , this the place. Makiko at the reservation speak good English and was always very helpful . Do not miss the massage at sunset. It is magical

A very good option to stay in Barreirinhas! Is true that the service is somehow slow, so taking the situation with holiday patience is a good tip. The common areas (like restaurant, play area, etc.) are very nicely decorated. Rooms are more spartan in decoration, but no relevant items are missing. Very good breakfast, good restaurant options.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Generous breakfast in a very exotic decorated dining room, good food but very slow service at lunch or diner. Very hard to communicate with staff as no one speaks any foreign language. Nice swimming pool and garden. Overall, a good and nice place to stay in this area!

Everything was great, clean and big rooms, delicious swimming pool with sand. I still dream with the breakfasts and the tapiocas. Great reastaurant, we ate there every day. Search no more.

This unique and beautifull place at the border of Preguiças river is one of the best options in town. It is a good hotel but not a resort. Don´t expect too much.
