Outstanding property, fresh, light, clean and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast and appreciated the friendly, helpful hosts advice on places to visit in Cornwall. There is off road parking and only a short walk to restaurants. Highly recommended, great value.

A lovely clean, modern guest house, comfortable room, good breakfast and the hosts were so friendly. It is close to the beach front and not far off the motorway. I enjoyed my stay there so much that I will be back.

Nothing negative to say about this guest house. A warm welcome; clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast that set us up nicely for the day. Parking is on the road but plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again.

A delightful cosy Guest House in the very heart of Porthcawl with fairly easy parking close by. Top class well appointed rooms and very friendly hosts - highly recommended. I personally will not be seeking other accommodation if returning.

We had a warm & friendly welcome when we booked in to stay the night. The bedroom & ensuite were IMMACULATE. After a great night's sleep we enjoyed a fresh home cooked breakfast . An experience we will DEFINITELY repeat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only stayed the one night but what a comfortable night!! Derek was very helpful even to the point of acquiring some headache tablets for my girlfriend. Amazingly comfortable bed and breakfast cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend to anybody. Lee and hayley

Second time of having a short break with Elaine and Derek. Always a warm welcome and B&B is ideally situated near sea and town. Lovely rooms, clean and fresh. Excellant breakfasts. Fully recommend a stay here and one which we we all come back to again.
