Excellent place to stay. Myself and two friends stayed here while riding trails in and around North Wales. Clean, comfortable and good value. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and hospitable hosts. Fantastic location overlooking Bala lake.

Had a lovely two days away, was set away from Bala but not to far. Room was really comfortable and very cosy. We were looked after very well by the owners. The garden was a lovely place to sit and look at the views over Bala and the lake. Will be back.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The owners took our mountain bikes into the building so as to keep them safe and dry, which was much appreciated. Would have liked a shower, but that's nitpicking, everything other than that was pretty much perfect. :)

We had a very nice weekend at this place. Great base for our Snowdon climb and cycling round Bala lake. Very friendly and welcoming couple who keep the place spotless.
