Paid the full rate, the room was freezing and the heater in the room hardly worked I noticed the rads in the hallways were not on either, I hardly slept as I was so cold, wrote to their head office and they tried to bamboozle me. I wouldnt choose this hotel again. more

Stayed for a week in April whilst on business, Location great, rooms as expected in a chain of hotels. Staff unfriendly and couldn't care less. Food distinctly bland, Wifi expensive and problematic.
