Everything about this hotel was excellent, the staff were very attentive, the rooms were beautiful, the restaurant superb. The location is good for a peaceful getaway and the Gorge de Verdon is close by, the towns of Aix-en-Provence and San Tropez were an easy day out. Not cheap but excellent value for money. more

This is a nicely furnished, friendly, comfortable hotel. Quite characterful and family-run; reasonably small but with good facilities, including a pool. Bastide du Calalou is a lovely hotel with views over the countryside, and is in a peaceful location. The Verdon Gorge is an easy drive from the hotel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the restaurant food and service are both excellent. more
