Reception: Excellent English skills (compared to the country in general). Very helpful and excellent service even compared to western standards.
Service: Very good actually, but as only the receptionist speaks and understand English, mistakes and communication issues will arise (the words “cola” and “beer” are known, but that’s about it). Also if you need power for the laptop during dinner at the restaurant they are actually willing to supply extension cords across the room.
Food: Great breakfast. Better than most Moscow hotels. Although lacking in refilling.
Lunch/Dinner: fine, but better places can be found in walking distance from the hotel.
Rooms. Electricity (and air conditioner) stops when you leave the room, preventing recharging of batteries. Minibar are run by an independent company, so whats is in the minibar may not be sold by the hotel bar/restaurant.
