Having travelled down from Northern Scotland we arrived 15 minutes before our pre-arranged time. The owner of this hotel is extremely rude and obnoxious and couldn't care less about customer service as long as he has your money. Having overpaid by £60 (long story) he started to get abusive and put the phone down twice. His words 'I am worth £6.5M and couldn't give a [--] about £60'. more
