We were lucky enough to stumble across the Carpe Diem while on a driving holiday through Spain. Of a dozen hotels we stayed at none delivered the all round service of Peter and the crew at Carpe Diem. My mouth is watering as i remember the meal. Short walk to a golden sand beach.
