Thomson Reps and hotel staff have a lot to learn about customer service, with the exception of a few hotel staff, most were indifferent. Drinks service slow and expensive. They do not build hotels like this on Menorca anymore; some one said its the only place on the island one can see from outer space, then again its does afford good views.
