Well, what can I say, our apartment far exceeded our expectations being it was rated a 2 key. (I can only presume this as there is no air conditioning - a fan instead - didnt bother us at all). Apartment was fine - had no trouble with ants and we had our sheets and towels changed 4 times in the 2 weeks - so every 3-4 days. Watch out for the bathroom doors if you leave the lock turned and then shut from outside they lock and you can't get in (maintenance came within minutes to fix it though!)... more

Just got back from the Arepar apartments in Arenel Castell. Fabulous place. We had a two bedroom spacious modern apartment with an oven, microwave, 2 big fans (which we were glad of as it was in the 80s) and it was spotless. The Arepar is an excellent choice if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. Just returned after a week there, and had no problems at all. Do not expect booming music, or large crowds, as they don't exist. The apartments are clean and functional, although 1 linen change in a week is not enough really. Reception and bar staff... more

stayed here as a family party of 6 adults and 9 children aged between 3 and 12. rooms were ok and we shared a communal balcony. the food was quite dire and it was quite a trek to anywhere. the staff were nice but there was supposed to be a kids club that was cancelled a week before we went.... more

the hotel is small and very friendly lots of little coves where you can sunbath alone, the staff and reps were fantastic, the rooms are very clean and a good size, but take a radio or t.v as non in rooms.food and drinks prices are about the same as at home, slightly cheaper. we are going back next year. more
