“It's getting better all the time”

I returned to this hotel as a base for concerts and culture, for my fiancee's birthday, primarily after my positive experience the last time. The staff have learnt more English (although to my shame my Portuguese is little improved) and the service is even better than before (not that there was much improvement possible). They even recommend the taxi firms... More
