Beds are rather lumpy, and the Timon dining room is much too formal..even though you don´t have to dress for it. Food is pretty good, but served in a rather presumptuous manner. Excerise room is small, crowded, and has insufficient variety of equipment. The biggest attraction is the view.

New, classy hotel with excellent, well-furnished and equipped bedrooms and bathrooms; very complete Brazilian breakfasts...but avoid the buffet for dinner (filet is tough, salmon is dry). There are a number of good restaurants in Sao Luis, so don't do dinner in the hotel.

Good new hotel, on the sea front. Large rooms and bathrooms with good showers. Beds and pillows are not the best, though. Friendly service and very good breakfast.

Big new hotel. Excelent service, cool atmosphere, huge bathroom and great shower. The only downside is that they have no options of pillows, so if you do not like big pillow, bring your own. Great hotel, will stay there again.
