This holiday was fab and as to how people can complain about it is unreal! This hotel had everything and more. I dont understand as to how people can say that there was no choice of food in all inclusive as there was everything to chose from and you can never go hungry or thirsty on this holiday. I would... more

Stayed at the Barcelo Santiago between 20th March - 27th March. On arrival at the hotel we received a welcome drink whilst waiting to check-in at reception. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had a wonderful view over the sea to the front and the high cliffs to the side.. The rooms are well appointed and maid service... more

Myself and my daughter have jsut got back from Barcelo Santiago, Tenerife. Fantastic, breathtaking views, reception when we arrived was lovely, glass of fizz and very helpful staff. Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking Los Gigantes, room clean and tidied every day, beds comfortable( I slept really well). Staff in every part of the hotel are happy to... more

Returned yesterday after a one week stay with wife and 10yr old son. Had a ground floor room which are not the best located you should request a room from floor 3 upwards to have the best sea views. Beds were rock hard and air conditioning not switched on in rooms presumably too early in the season and hotel do... more

We travelled with Thomson, who managed to get us there and back on time and our only quibble was that there was no inflight entertainment on the flight home which was an aging Boeng 737- I think Thomson should have made that clear upon booking as my teenagers were bored during the 4 hour flight. It was our second year... more

We stayed for a fortnight at the Barcelo on a half Board basis which was just right for us as we had hire car and tended to be out for most of the day so all inclusive would not have been very cost effective. Dinner can be changed for lunch and they can prepare take away lunches also but be... more

This was our first time at this hotel. We had chosen the Barcelo for its views and location and we definitely weren't disappointed. Our room was on Floor 5 (546) with fantastic views of the sea and the Los Gigantes cliffs. The best view, in our opinion. Our room was a reasonable size and always clean. We did think about... more

Brilliant hotel, Clean, Modern, beautifully located with gorgeous views. No major downsides but a couple of things did grate away at me on the holiday, kind of like a tiny splinter that just took the edge off it been brilliant all round. The resturant closes at 10pm on the evening, but at 9:45 you were rushed and one night at... more

We booked to stay at the Barcelo in Santiago for 1 week at the end of April/early May on an all inclusive basis. Our flight from Newcastle was on time, 9.30 am out, luggage swiftly received, onto coach and sent up the coast to the lovely cliffs of Los Gigantes. We have stayed in this area 5 times previous but... more
