I stayed here in April 2009 and am still in a ongoing battle with the manager of the apartments to get our 200 euro deposit back.
The deposit is taken from your account when you arrive...they do not just hold it or reserve it they take it!!! We were in our apartment with the door open and the key in the lock, the cleaner came around and removed the key. We spoke to the manager and asked if she had handed the key into him and he said no and said he had to keep our deposit to pay for new locks.
We argued this with him but in the end had to give up and he agreed he would fax us the locksmiths bill so we could claim it back on holiday insurance...needless to say this has not arrived and 4 months later we still have no reciept and cannot claim our money back.
The complex is supposed to be secure but the outside gates are never ever locked so anyone fromt he street can wonder in. They also take a 80 euro cleaning charge from you and then when you arrive you get a notice in your... more
