We booked this through a letting website directly with the owner. The description was fairly accurate, and there were no nasty surprises, with the facilities being above average and a large, well equipped balcony giving great sea views from a commanding position high above Los Gigantes. A downside for some could be the climb back up the hill, as the roads can be rather steep in places, but it can be good for the fitness and improving one's stamina. Apartment complex has been recently refurbished and is used by one of the major tourist operators on long term contracts with owners. Sun on the balconies is primarily afternoon, and the sunsets over La Gomera are quite spectacular. Overall a good base for an enjoyable and comfortable hoiliday.
