The enchanting gardens were a wonderful surprise. The chateau is a beautiful and historic building and we felt privileged to stay there. We stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very elegant without being overdone. The view of the country was excellent. Whilst the Chateau is an interesting and alluring melange of classical and modern interior for those seeking something away from the standard kitsch; regrettably, our stay was overshadowed by a cold and restrictive welcome, which became indifferent at best.
