Firstly ignore the negative reviews - we spent very little and used all the other supermarkets and find the whole experience of staying at the marietta to be very relaxed, genuinely friendly and a great place to go on holiday if you don't want the awful hotels that line the roads along Ixia into Rhodes town. THE HOTEL: The Marrietta is a family run, smallish, budget hotel with two separate accom. areas on either side of the pool, restaurant and reception area.
