This is how an hotel experience should be. From driving into the grounds to departing it felt like the whole purpose of the place was to ensure an enjoyable stay. The Chateau is beautiful, as are the grounds, dinner and breakfast perfect and the service provided by Jerome is first class. If anyone wants a luxurious, relaxing and quiet break... More

We stayed for one night on the way to Reims. The host - Jerome was absolutelly perfect in all his roles of chef, waiter and concierge. We spent very relaxing evening and enjoyed beautiful decor of the chateau. If you want to have warm feelings similar with visiting good old friend that makes you feel very comfortable in his house... Stayed here as a stop over on the way down from the Tunnel. Very impressed as it really felt very homely and the service, setting and food were excellent. Outside - stunning looking building set in beautiful countryside. Interior – very homely, in excellent decorative order and most of all very relaxing Restaurant – good food that was reasonably priced,... More

We stayed in the "Directoire" room this weekend. It was lovely - with a huge and comfortable 6' bed! Only problem was no shower curtain nor high fixing for the shower head in the bathroom - so we had to hold the shower head for each other! Very romantic place, very well decorated and the 4 course dinners are fabulous... More

From the initial greeting by the owner, this is an ideal place to stay. Jerome the manager is a gem, he took our bags to our room, showed us all around the chateau, made a welcoming drink & then cooked a meal that could have come from the kitchen at any 5* establishment worldwide, the pear dessert was the best... What a special place. The perfect place to go if you are wanting some quiet time. Gorgeous Chateau and delightful room. Host, Jerome was a delight and very helpful. His meals were absolutely beautiful. Worth having all your meals there. Child friendly, and simply a nice spot to getaway from the hustle and bustle. Only major fault would be we... More

Just spent 2 nights here with our pug, Olive. Of our whole time spent in France, this was the highlight! Charlie and Christie were so welcoming and the food/accom were excellent. Highly recommended for a weekend - we look forward to returning soon.

My fiance and I stayed here on our return leg to the U.K and we loved every minute of it. Fantastic location/grounds/chateau and very warm and personal service from the owners. Dinner served at the chateau was also excellent with a varied selection of wines and fresh produce. I cannot recomment this chateau highly enough to do it justice. We... More
