We arrived at the hotel knowing that our room was not ready yet. We were offered a better room at a discount but we stuck with our original choice being the "poolside superior room" The staff were fine (unlike other reviews). They watched our bags until the room was ready. The room is modern and clean with a spacious bathroom.... more
