Firstly, I would say don't be put off by the other reviews. We found the service at Palm Island to be friendly, helpful and honest. There is a secure safety deposit box system in operation which we used, so we were never worried about our valuable items. The location of Palm Island is towards the Northern end of Chaweng Beach....
