No one to give your keys if you arrive 5am in Kassiopi.Just left deserted. The rooms are very basic. Mosquitos at night biting. Toilets not flushing when we arrived. Food was rubbish covered with flies. Breakfast was the same, bread, cornflakes or Greek yourt honey. Cats roaming in restaurant. Have to pay extra for air conditioning. Guaranteed to get infected... Stayed at Michelangelo Village Apartment Hotel in July. We travelled in the early children summer holiday so the place was not crowded. The self catering apartment consisted of 2 rooms but it still was very small for a family of four. The rooms were quite basic to say the least. The beds were a bit too hard for our taste.... More

We were supposed to have a balcony, but there was only a narrow corridor in front of our room and they did not let us change to a better room even there was many rooms free. Although rooms are very basic, we had a wonderful time. Flora was so helpful and nice and nothing was too much trouble for her (or indeed all the other staff). You do need to ask for things eg. Toaster, more crockery, etc but they were very obliging. Location is great with 2 shops within a minutes walk and 2 bars... More
