Joyce's guesthouse is absolutely fine if you're in Keel for a night or two and not planning on spending much time in your room. The accommodation at the guesthouse is average at best. The decor and furnishings are very dated. The shower was barely more than a dribble so it took a loooong time to have a shower. We found this lovely guest house by chance. Fantastic welcome and breakfast 5 star! Anne is knowledgeable and helpful with all sorts of suggestions and information about the island. The place is immaculate with none of the 'eccentric' plumbing and wiring that we have so often found on the west coast. Will certainly visit again.

This is the most wonderful B and B. We stayed here for two nights in May and Ann is lovely and helpful. The food and the atmosphere is wonderful and the place is so clean. I would highly recommend this B and B and we will be returning here again in September!

If you haven't experienced Anne's, why not! Lovely breakfast and charming host. And my god the view!! Pity they didn't do dinners as well. As the food on offer in the Keel village is seriously over priced for what they serve. The room was lovely and bed good. Shower warm clean and new. Warm even after a midnight swim!

Just back after a 3 day stay, the room was clean and it was certainly not small. The breakfasts were very good with an excellent choice of fresh fruit, cereals and yogurt, followed by a cooked breakfast to order. What more do you need.
