When we arrived, staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nice and there was a comfortable bed. Maybe the room was little bit small and darker, because the window faced to the opposite house, but all rooms aren´t the same. Free wifi worked with no problem. My room at EuroHome was small but quite comfortable. When we arrived TV channels had to be programmed, a couple of lights were off and shower tap didn't work properly. This hotel is the small town Signa which is outside Firence, so you have to catch a train to Firence (2.3 euro, 18mins). It takes 15-20mins by foot from the train station to the hotel.
