We stayed for two days after our wedding. First night, we had a bed bug in our mattress and we complained to the hotel management. They moved us to a bigger room on the same day. The bigger room was much nicer and we appreciated the quick apology and resolution by their managers.
The complimentary breakfast was of good quality....
